bodywork & movement to express your soul

Thomas Moore, psychologist and author of “Care of the Soul: A Guide for Cultivating Depth and Sacredness in Everyday Life

Tending to the body in all its physicality, but also with imagination, is an important part of care of the soul."

Hello, I’m Gina!

I’m a shiatsu practitioner, movement teacher and writer in the Chester/Lancaster county area of Pennsylvania.

I’ve been immersed in the holistic health world since I was 19 (almost 40 years!) - through my years of parenting and then as a practitioner for almost two decades.

Throughout that time, I’ve been collecting practices to help my clients (and myself!) reclaim the natural fluidity and movement inherent in the human body - to become a truer expression of soul, and more accurate reflection of the creator.

“As always ... going to see Gina is one of the best hours I can spend. The knowledge and insight she gives is so valuable. She is a warm kind hearted person who really believes in what she is doing and does it extremely well."

~ Liz N., embodygrace client since 2010

What does it mean to tend to the soul through bodywork?

In a world that values hustle, the material and the mechanical, I offer a space where your soul can reveal its voice and purpose through your body - at its own pace, in its own time - offering spacious and artful possibilities to the recovering of wholeness.

Asian medicine - the underpinning of my bodywork practice - offers a lens through which to perceive your body as the medium through which your soul expresses itself, and helps to reveal it as more accurate reflection of Who You Really Are.

Several ways we can work together.
