Drawing from the philosophy of Asian medicine, I have created this practice to help move the ‘energy’ of grief from the lungs and heart, so you can feel a greater sense of spaciousness and ease in your body and your life.

I’m Gina Loree Bryan, shiatsu practitioner and movement teacher.


I created this course with the awareness that while breathing is one of most effective self-care practices, the heaviness of grief can make it one of the hardest to do.

It is my hope to help you re-connect with your life force and support the health of your body during this or any time.
