Getting more movement (whether exercise or beyond) doesn't require fancy expensive equipment.

For example, this one simple prop can be recruited for at least 7 of the uses I've demonstrated in the video below.

 Frequently Asked Questions:

Where can I get one of these magical implements?

You can try Amazon (yes, this is an affiliate link); you can Google "half foam cylinder" or "half foam roller" for other suppliers, or you can search fitness supply stores near you. The ideal length is probably about 12 inches. For the ones I keep on hand at my office, I bought a number of 36" lengths, and the husband cut them into threes for me ('cuz he's a heckuvaguy...!)

Can I use a rolled up towel, yoga mat, daschund ... instead of a half cylinder?

Not the best substitute…

As far as the first two, yeeeees,... but... for some for the moves, a firmer surface is better, as squashing will diminish the effect.

This goes doubly for live animals.

I don't really understand what I'm supposed to be doing in some of these exercises.

Yes, this was just a brief demo and by no means explicit in instruction.

I expect you'll have questions, in which case, drop me a line.

You can also set up a private ‘ask-me-anything’ session (kinda like coaching) - online or in person if you’re in my area.

You can explore NutritiousMovement.com (yes, another affiliate link) for videos of many, MANY exercises - some of which include the half-cylinder.

Above all, have fun with it!
